Hotel Posolsky dvir in Kyiv
Hotel and cultural complex with extended services and parking in the capital’s historic centre.
Hotel is located in the centre of business activity and cultural life near Kyiv – Pechersk Lavra.
This complex will be developed within the framework of the Art Arsenal project and it is included in city development plans to host Euro - 2012.
The hotel will include 315 rooms, offices, fitness-centre, underground parking, restaurant, coffee and pastry bar for children, shops and different facilities, art galleries and exhibition halls.
Architectural concept resembles general style of Lavra and adjacent buildings. It is planned to develop surroundings, public green space and playgrounds within this project.
